o problem, you can submit your tax-exempt info by setting up an online account with us and adding that information. Once in your account, go to Account Settings and scroll down to Tax Exempt Status and click on “Request Tax Exemption”; you’ll then be asked to upload your tax exemption file and indicate your state. Or, if you prefer, just give us a call at 1-207-602-8870 and our Customer Experience team will be happy to help you get your account switched over to tax-exempt status.

We do offer Expedited RUSH ORDERS but it does come with limitations and a fee of $35.00.  Our production schedule is planned weeks in advance so the fee is barely covering the extra hours Grumpy Guy has to stay so you can get your item on time. What we recommend and we know it’s not as personal but with all the extra fees and shipping you could give them a very nice gift card If you do insist on placing the order there will be limitations to what is available in stock and ready to ship

You can get started by visiting our site’s online design tool . Once there, you can choose your sign type, customize your sign, and add it to your shopping cart. Then, you can immediately purchase through our easy-to-use self-checkout system. Don’t see the sign type or design template you’re looking for? Or maybe you just aren’t the “creative type?” No problem – contact us anytime and we will help you get the sign you need.

Due to our next-day production, it’s often impossible for changes to be made unless you immediately contact us after placing the order. If a change is necessary, contact us right away at 1-207-602-8870 we’ll help you make those changes as long as your call is placed within minutes of ordering. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to any orders that have already been placed.

We reduced our prices on all our boards instead as this seemed a much fairer and honest way to do business. This way, when you buy a board from us, you needn’t worry you’ve missed a special deal if only you had surfed the web for another hour or two! Once you check out, your design is sent to our state-of-the-art production facility where our design team and quality-assurance technicians ensure it’s ready to go to the printer. We then schedule it to be printed and fabricated. Our quality team gives it another look to verify the quality, and then sends it on to shipping; once there, it’s hand-wrapped, packaged, and turned over to UPS to be shipped to you.

Our website is hosted on a third-party secure server using industry-standard encryption technology, similar to that used by financial institutions.We receive summary information about credit and debit transactions – card type, name, exp. date and the last 4 digits of the card number but never the entire card number or security code.

Cancelling your order must be done within minutes of placing the order. Because we ship orders next day, all orders immediately go into our production process. Please contact us immediately after the order is placed if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order (“my account” > “my orders”) to see if you can cancel a particular order.

We recommend using a credit or debit card, or Paypal The payment is immediate and places your board on our production list as soon as you approve the design . Checks and Money Orders are fine, but boards are not added to the production list until they have arrived and cleared.

As we grew our operations and scaled, we shifted towards dimensional lumber due to its consistency at scale. We will in the future (if not already live) will have a full reclaimed section of the website where we use fully reclaimed materials to build our products. We believe now more than ever our natural resources are being depleited at a staggering rate and our granfchidren will be left with nothing so we are doing our part even though its small, we feel good about our efforts.

We aim for a 2-5 week complete turnaround. As we grow our team of skilled woodworkers we try to speed up this process. Depending on your order time, you may receive it sooner (refer to batch process above). If there is any reason it will be later than that, we will send you an email with an update.

Yes, all of our flags are made to order to ensure each and every flag we send out is not only unique and 1 of a kind, but matches our high quality standards. Flags are done in large batches and are fulfilled weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. Each flag takes about 4/5 days from start to finish between carving, charring, and curing. We do flags in batches to 1. keep consistency in quality and 2. To keep our orders going out in a timely manner

Shipping & Returns (2)

When you placed your order you recieved a Thank You email, the email had an estimated delievery date and we will notify you if we are falling behind.
When we ship your board you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Copy and paste your tracking number into Google or another search engine to find the tracking information if the link in the email doesn't work for you.

USPS Priority Mail offers a 2-4 day delivery across most of the US, but sometimes it can take a little longer.

We find that shipments to Canada usually take around two to three weeks.ara

UPS Ground Shipping in the USA is free, for most of our PRODUCTS. Coffee tables and Resin tables are definitely not free. You can speed up the shipping if you want your item faster, you only pay the difference. Orders shipping to Canada will have shipping charges added at Checkout. At this time we only officially ship to Canada but if you send us a message we can see if the shipping rates might work for both of us
