These come in three sizes Small 12″x23″, Medium 16″x30″ and Large 24″x47″.
Here is where we stand head and shoulders above the rest and you can check it out and ask them if they do. We offer a 1 year Limited Warranty* on most of the items we make. How could we call it an Heirloom if it is gone in a year? If you follow the guidelines we will back our product up.
We also offer add-ons and upgrades at a reasonable price because most of our add-ons take at least an hour of time so we have to cover the labor cost. Unfortunately, even my own boys don’t work for free anymore, “I sure do miss those days!”

***The ONE-year limited warranty must have Super Premium Finish and MUST be kept indoors out of the sun at all times to be in effect.

** We use only the best lumber we can find but its wood there may be some blemishes, crack or a knot but that is what makes it beautiful or you might as well buy a plastic one.**

They can depending on what part of the country you live in we all have Mother Nature to contrnd with. Up here in New England we have the winters, in the south you have the sun. We dont believe that they should be left out all the time and any company that says that is just hoping you will call to place another order in 5 years. The 1 year limited warranty is void if the flag is placed outside. There is no finish that will last more than 3-5 years outside and we build our flags o last way longer than that.

When we first started, we primarily used reclaimed wood from around Dayton, Me. We would source it from old homes, reuse establishments, and even pallets. As we grew our operations and scaled, we shifted towards dimensional lumber due to its consistency at scale. We will in the future (if not already live) will have a full reclaimed section of the website where we use fully reclaimed materials to build our products. We believe now more than ever our natural resources are being depleited at a staggering rate and our granfchidren will be left with nothing so we are doing our part even though its small, we feel good about our efforts.

We aim for a 2-5 week complete turnaround. As we grow our team of skilled woodworkers we try to speed up this process. Depending on your order time, you may receive it sooner (refer to batch process above). If there is any reason it will be later than that, we will send you an email with an update.

Yes, all of our flags are made to order to ensure each and every flag we send out is not only unique and 1 of a kind, but matches our high quality standards. Flags are done in large batches and are fulfilled weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. Each flag takes about 4/5 days from start to finish between carving, charring, and curing. We do flags in batches to 1. keep consistency in quality and 2. To keep our orders going out in a timely manner
